Dances with Owls is a student-led activity geared toward introducing colleges and universities to the Ballroom Dancing Culture.
Activity coordinators Drew and Pam Shefman will appreciate any and all offers of assistance. Profesionals are invited to volunteer their services as judges or scrutineers, to give lectures or demonstrations, etc.
There are all sorts of dance categories to enter, starting with Newcomer/Beginner and moving up to Advanced levels. The day will also include open-to-all fun events in dances like polka, salsa and more. Registration can be at the door or in advance online. Cost is $3 per person or $5 per couple, which includes all event entries.
