Viktoria Belova
Viktoria Belova, originally from St. Petersburg, Russia, now residing in Houston, TX, is a competitive dancer, entering competitions with students and with professional partner Eddie Stutts. Viktoria and Eddie are the 2005 U.S. 10-dance champions in the International Standard and Latin, and were World 10-dance finalists in 2004. They are Ohio Star Ball Standard finalists and Blackpool Rising Star Latin semi-finalists.
