7pm Thursday - Amanda Glover - Body Conditioning
Amanda Glover's Body Conditioning classes are designed to stretch and tone the body while enhancing athletic ability.
Loose comfortable clothing is recommended. Students should bring a towel or yoga mat. No shoes are necessary. Students can start classes at any time. Classes are tailored to the needs of participating students. We do stretching, strengthening exercises, mat work, yoga, and pilates. Though classes are designed based upon dance principles - all students - dancers or not - are welcome.
A 2nd class is held on Saturdays at 9am. You may join either or both.
